By downloading, accessing, or using the ForU mobile application ("ForU", "App", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the ForU App.

        You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

         You must provide accurate and complete information.

        You are responsible for all activities under your account.

       ForU allows users to upload posts, stories, reels, comments, and other content.

       You confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it.

      You must not upload copyrighted content without authorization.

        You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

         You must provide accurate and complete information.

        You are responsible for all activities under your account.

         You grant ForU a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display your content within the app.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Nudity, sexual, or pornographic content.

Child abuse or exploitation (zero tolerance).

Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abuse.

Violence or illegal activities.

Drugs, weapons, or terrorism-related content.

Self-harm or suicide promotion.

Spam, scams, or misleading information.

Copyright or trademark infringemen.

Fake accounts or impersonation.

       ForU reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content or account that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

If a user uploads content that belongs to someone else, the responsibility lies solely with the user. ForU will respond to valid copyright or DMCA takedown requests and may terminate repeat infringers.

Users can report or block content and accounts that violate policies. ForU reviews reported content to maintain a safe environment.

ForU may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate policies, laws, or repeatedly engage in prohibited behavior.

Your use of the ForU App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The ForU App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

ForU shall not be liable for any damages resulting from user-generated content or misuse of the app.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms.

 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
